Slide Switch Spacer W/ Screws
These custom spacers are made for lowering the 2-way and 3-way slide switches found on Jazzmasters, Jaguars, Mustangs, Duo-Sonics, and other similar guitars. No longer will guitarists have to deal with accidentally flipping their switches, or scratching their fingers and knuckles on the raised switch surfaces.
Made from laser cut .177" thick black acrylic, they blend in well with the existing switch colors on most guitars. The profile is rounded on the corners so that they can fit into tight body cavities. Depending on how deep the cavities are, you may need to deepen your routs or chisel them a bit deeper to get them to fit though. I measured .850" from the bottom surface of the plate to the bottom of a Switchcraft brand slide switch with the spacer installed, if that helps any.
The longer #4 stainless steel oval head screws needed to mount the spacers to the plates and switches are included. Some foreign made instruments may have metric equivalent mounting screws, in which case you'll have to source your own screws.
